One Piece 550 prediction

From what we know, Dragon fights against marines, soldiers, and members of the WG and the kingdoms linked to the WG. So, the people that will die with the revolution will not be civilians as Dragon seems to fight directly against the WG. Then, I do not think it will be a problem for Luffy to see marines and revolutionaries fight.
If anything had to cause problems between Dragon and Luffy, it could be an incident between Luffy and revolutionaries. But to make Dragon and Luffy fight, he must not be just an incident between Luffy and a commander of the revolutionaries (that would be cruel or something like that) : it must be because Luffy is a threat to the revolution or/and Luffy disagree with the revolution.
Then, if they had to clash, I suppose Dragon would have achieved his goal or would be about to achieve it. Thus, Luffy would fight him because he disagrees with Dragon’s ideals/goals and wants to prevent them.
As I said Dragon’s means to spread the revolution seems fine as the revolutionaries fight against WG and not populations.

The thing that bothers me the most is, as Luffy will be later in NW, how and why is he going to meet revolutionaries or people linked to the WG (Dr Vegapunk, Sentoumarou etc …) ?
They are not supposed to be on the NW as revolutionaries must take control of the WG’s area and as the WG’s area is out of the NW (four continents and first part of GL). That means Vegapunk, the best scientist of the WG that I suppose the SH will meet is not in the hazardous NW : that would be illogical knowing the NW is under the control of the Yonkou and knowing the WG wants to protect Vegapunk to get his knowledges.
Then, what will make revolutionaries and members of the WG be in the NW ?

Maybe, after the war between WB and the WG, the revolutionaries will begin to take control of the four continents and little by little of the first part of Grand Line. That means the revolutionaries would push the WG towards the NW.
Then, Luffy would meet members of the WG in the NW because of the government-in-exile.
Otherwise, I do not understand why the WG would let his best scientist in the NW, an hazardous territory.
And maybe, the revolution will want to spread into NW and Luffy will have to stop it and so, fights Dragon.  By R-Leigh

I figure most of the chapter will deal with them trying to get inside the gates, well maybe only a few pages. I suspect someone will open the gates from the inside for them.
